Hand chosen to head the sales of a new division of Coakley Bros., Datastore, which would be a separate entity focusing on secure document and information management.

Achievements

Beginning with 250,000 boxes of records, I was either directly responsible or helped in growing that number of boxes to over 1,000.000 boxes from November 2002-2007.

Asked to focus on the Legal Industry, I joined multiple legal associations to gain access to decision makers in records management. From 2004-2008 I grew the legal vertical business at Datastore to include the business of 8 of the top 10 law firms in the Milwaukee area as well as a majority of small to medium firms who used outside services.

Instrumental in adding new solutions to the Datastore portfolio, I was the lead sales person in acquiring Datastore’s first large imaging solution. We processed over 40 million images for a large local Healthcare organization. Over the course of the 3 year project, over $1.25 million in revenue was realized by Datastore.

In 2003 Datastore opened a state-of-the-art records management facility to accommodate the above growth as well as to introduce Data Backup Tape storage and services. Although a small portion of the business, I sold 40 of the 50 customers utilizing those services within Datastore. An additional annual revenue of $150.000.00 was realized by Datastore from this business.
