Achievements:

Learned Output conditions to help resolve an issue that’s causing a lot of noise and pain to our customers. Performed Data Cleansing and later, passed on the knowledge to the Process operators (globally), to ensure sustainability.

Presented Data Quality Standards and trained the Process operators until Knowledge is sufficient to perform their tasks satisfactorily. Provided them a checklist that caters specifically to our unique design. This enabled the business to gain a steady increase in Compliance to Data Quality standards from 88% to 99.5%

Developed a Report (extracted from SAP) that Measures Pricing Changes made versus Invoice Correction.

This report is considered as a breakthrough report as there has not been any of such kind existing yet.
