Hard worker, enjoy working with other, easy learner, love to help others learn and always ready to learn something new. I acquired a Medical Assistant Certificate in 1983. I have worked in customer service for over 31 yrs, my last 13yrs working with the Driver License Office in which I worked as Greeter,Lead worker, Assistant Manager and Manager positions. I have 13yrs of daily accounting, making employee schedule, employee time sheets and keeping employee files in order. I have 26yrs of cashier experience, worked in Grocery store, convience store and Airport gift shop . I worked in the RTD call center receiving in bound calls answering approximately 200+ calls a day. I have trained and supervised between 4-15 employees. Other duties included cashier, reinstating driving privileges, taking photo and actually administered the physical driving test, about 5-6 drive test an hour. I got promoted to Assistant Manager in which I did the same work and in addition, I would open and close the office, prepare daily deposits and reports, answer all customer complaints or commendations, training of new employemployees wanting to learn management jobs, ordering of supplies, office audits and supervision of 9-15 employees. Some times having to be Security of the office.

In This position answered approximately 200+ calls a day, supplying customers with information such as how to get from one destination to another. Also provided them with information on the cost of the bus fare, bus passes, tokens, and where they can be purchased, rules and regulations, take complaints and accommodation. I have worked at several of the R.T.D sales outlets. I have experience with the AVL, bus tracking system, which I would use to track down early or late buses and call the customer back with the information to situation on that bus. Familiar with spread sheet, excel and windows.
