I was responsible for Managing 60 unionized staff and all aspects of terminal operations including, P&L, Budget, KPI’s, Mentoring, Labor Relations,, Train, Coach, Mentor, Lean Methodology, Route Optimization, D.G. Specialist, Fleet Management, Telematics, Health and Safety & Quality Leader.

I joined the Metro operations team in Belleville on July 30, 2006. In 2009 I was awarded Purolator’s highest Management achievement “The Circle of Excellence”. I further received a nomination for “The Circle of Excellence” in 2011. In 2014 the Belleville terminal was recognized as the most efficiently managed terminal in the nation.
