Works under the direct supervision of Superintendent. Coordinates all Engineering aspects such as RFI, RFIT, WTS and “as-built” drawing preparation. Assist on preparation of construction methodology and conducts time and motion study in every aspect of mechanical activities to improved productivity. Assumes other duties as assigned by my superior.

Responsibilities:

Ensure projects are completed according to project plans.

Prepares construction methodology (static, rotating, turbine assembly, internal trays and catalyst loading).

Provides issued for construction drawing at site as per client approval.

Monitors work for compliance to applicable codes, accepted engineering practices and standards.

Monitors and evaluates work progress at site and prepares erection materials to be installed as per shutdown works scheduled.

Work as Material Engineer for pre-shutdown, shutdown, and turn-around works in all rotating, static, turbine parts assembly, internal trays, catalyst loading and equipment modification.

Assigned material expediter to prepare and expedite all assembly/erection equipment material as per scheduled priority.

To ensure all erection equipment materials to be issued at site on time before schedule knocks.

Monitors quality, safe and productivity in collaboration with FOG and support disciplines (Quality Control, Planning and Cost, and Engineering Department).
