Responsible for handling branch responsibilities of Gold Loan business like Branch Operational works, daily marketing, tele calling to customers.

Responsible for good customer service.

Checking for completeness of documentation, and disbursement of Files.

Giving training to all Branch staffs for business growth & profitability of the branch

Preparing reports related to branch business and reporting to Area Head, Territory Head & Regional Head.
