Supported the activities of the Utah Test and Training Range (UTTR). Operated and maintained the Multiple Threat Emitter System (MUTES) and the Threat Reaction Analysis Indicator System (TRAINS), and supported RF (radar frequency) threat simulations for test missions using legacy RF simulators. Performed routine to complex preventive and remedial maintenance on assigned systems and associated electronic equipment to the component level. Repaired complex equipment failures, Operated and maintained equipment including, but not limited to, high power electronic transmitting and receiving equipment, digital and analog circuits and computers, industrial measuring and controlling equipment, microwave amplifiers and transmissions lines, high voltage power supplies and keying circuits, indicators and displays, and camera/antenna positioning systems. Installed, operated, set up and launched Smokey Sam launchers and rockets to meet mission requirements. Controlled and sustained the threat systems, subsystems and ancillary support units. Tracked and input all maintenance and property management information in Maximo and the Standard Base Supply System (SBSS). Formulated operational logs and mission summary reports, entered status, repair and utilization information in the required Air Force equipment tracking systems. At least four years of hands-on experience as a technician operating and maintaining digital and analog equipment resulting in an in-depth knowledge of systems theory of operation. In-depth knowledge of electronics theory and the test equipment used for maintenance and repair of equipment with the proven ability to troubleshoot to the component level and make repairs. Transfuels LLC. Two Years

Participated in the commissioning and systemization of 25 liquid natural gas fueling stations. Tested cryogenic equipment digital and analog controls. Aided in the construction process by following wiring diagrams and engineering instructions. Incorporated circuit changes. Performed process and instrument diagram walk downs to verify proper construction. Installed pressure and level transmitters in accordance with class 1, division 1, hazardous area rules. Verified proper valve placement. Tested process loops for integrated systems. Completed instrument loop troubleshooting on I/O Input/ Output discrete and analog. Worked with a team to establish functionality of equipment. Improved system functions by changing control parameters. Installed field wiring into control cabinets. Mounted and wired field instrumentation for pressure and level measurements. Verified vacuum readings. Worked to determine warranty obligations with vendors. Added point of sale equipment. Utilized a variety of hand/ power tools, measurement and test equipment (M&TE, Fluke, HART, Hastings) in the performance of duties. Wired and mounted camera and security systems. Facilitated design and implementation of a laboratory to simulate and troubleshoot a working station.

Participated in the commissioning and systemization of a chemical demilitarization facility project. Installed Profibus-PA network to control a liquid incinerator and pollution abatement system. Performed all work in compliance with environmental permits and regulations. Completed instrument loop troubleshooting on I/O Input/ Output discrete and analog. Maintained a variety of instrumentation, controls/electronics and electrical trade functions including corrective and preventive maintenance on facility systems, equipment and components such as instrumentation, control circuits, pressure and temperature indicators, programmable logic controllers, transducers, motor control centers and power circuits. Interpreted and red-lined electrical drawings. Performed emergency repairs to systems, I/O cabinet modifications

and revisions, equipment and components. Recorded the as-found condition as well as the repaired condition, analyzing system characteristics to determine the cause of failure. Conducted post-maintenance testing of systems, equipment and components as necessary to complete work packages and ensures systems, equipment and components are returned to operational conditions. Maintained and kept accountability of property, including tools and maintenance equipment. Utilized a variety of hand/ power tools, measurement and test equipment (M&TE, Fluke, Beamex) in the performance of duties. Wrote maintenance reports for completed work orders. Entered in Maximo and SAP software systems.
