Job responsibilities as below:

To Review and finalize Project documents (E&I) part for ARAMCO approvals.

To Design / Prepare: P&I (E&I Part), Instrument Data Sheets, Instrument LIST / Schedule, Wiring diagram, Junction box.

To review ARAMCO STANDARDS 32-SAMSS-13, 34-SAMSS831, 34-SAMSS-821, SAES-P-104, SAES-P-101, 104, 111. SAES-J-902, 904,002,200,300,400 and related standards for motor, cable, control valves, etc if required.

To comply the ARAMCO comments on returned drawings documents after review of related standards and requirement of that Plant.

Scope: Installation of fuel oil system equipment for six generating stations in 2400 MW power plant. Installation of LV Room equipment and panels of make Petro gas and Atlas Copco. Equipment installation consists of Installation of Motors, Batteries, PLC system related cable laying and terminations.

Responsibilities:

To execute the work as per plan - schedule and client requirement

To Manage available manpower, material and tools as per work front and schedule of work

To Monitor work progress and Invoicing issues

To carry out daily site meeting with the engineers / supervisors regarding the different issues of site.

Worked as shift Engineer E&I in Raw Mill area.

Responsibilities:

Maintenance of LV Room (MCC)

Inspection of Motors (Vibration and motor bearing sound observations)

To log out fault report for general maintenance

Schedule routine maintenance of electrical equipment like motors, MCC (Circuit Breaker and contactors).

Inspection of motor greasing and lubrication requirements

Spare management of the electrical Equipment in the plant.

To control program, maintain, repair and modify the software and hardware of the control system (Siemens PLC), PLC ladder logic.

Worked on Foxboro DCS, Modicon, Allen bradely PLC systems.
