Job description
Monitor the deviation on the production line and find out corrective action and root cause analysis.
Inspect the temperature of the Delivering Products and Dispatch Products
Highly skilled in reviewing, maintaining and monitoring quality programs.
Strictly instruct the employees to follow PPE to avoid the Hazards which may occur at the Manufacturing Unit.
Maintain and update facility HACCP / ISO22000 system (prerequisite and HACCP Plans) to ensure compliance with existing facility.
Conducts training to every food handlers about Personal hygienic, Good Manufacturing Practices and CCP.
Maintain FIFO in the production line and dispatching and Follow SOPs and GHP practices from receiving stage to dispatch stage.
Documentation for Forward traceability and backward traceability for due diligent defence.
Prepare the documentation of the third party laboratory report.
Keep sample for retention purpose in every batch to avoid customer compliant.
Make recall and withdrawal plan for compliant products.
Conduct in house laboratory analysis for raw materials and finished products for internal reference.
