Simultaneously served three roles: Executive Assistant/Event Planner/Financial Specialist

Directly served the SVP of Operations, who was responsible for $2+ billion of revenue. Lead administrator for field team. Trained incoming Administrative Assistants for Operations.

●Developed financial reporting process for SVP and his field leadership team that was so successful that other executives asked for development of customized reporting for their areas. This led to me being assigned financial reporting responsibilities previously handled by the Corporate Office. As a result, I was named a Financial Specialist in addition to my other roles, elevating my pay status.

●Seamlessly planned and executed corporate meetings and events, meeting all deadlines and consistently adhering to budget guidelines. Served as primary point of contact for vendor selection, hotel negotiation, and approved contracts. Produced PowerPoint presentations and printed materials.

●Diverted workload from executives by working closely with their direct reports to resolve issues and answer inquiries.

●Attended meetings locally and across the US as liaison for the company.

Discount Auto Parts 1998-2001

Directly served the President/Chief Operating Officer and Executive VP Finance/Chief Financial Officer of $700M company. Also assisted Director Investor Relations
