Regional Program Analysis Manager (Manager of Finance and Operations) 2010 – July 2015 National Research Council Canada – Industrial Research Assistance Program, Toronto, Ontario Achievements:

• Implementation of a new project management software tool, including migration of an existing database from an old tool to a new one, which allows enhance derivation strategies to control project management processes and mitigate risks for approximately 1400 projects annually.

• Creation and implementation of many tools, forms, procedures and manuals for the regional management and administrative teams.

• Set up on a regional level and regularly conducted a complex analysis of business performance based on integrated data from a variety of sources (SAP, Project Management software tool).
