I was originally hired to run all aspects of the shop floor to produce high end radiators for IRL and F1 Racing teams. Schedule work thru different areas, to ensure a good work flow and that product was delivered on time. Setup new work instruction in various areas to insure a better product. However since it has been a challenge to find skilled CNC 5 axis machinist in the area, I was asked to program, setup, and run the 2 new Mori/DMG DMU50's. That is what I am currently doing. And it is enjoyable to learn new high tech machines.

I followed an MRP system to ensure jobs moved thru the shop on time. I did all the hiring and firing for my Depts. Helped plan any new jobs to ensure that they ran well.
