This project value is of 23 Billion Saudi Riyals, one of the biggest budget Project in the world. It consists of Offices, Residential, Retails & Hotels. A group of 30 high rise buildings, floors ranging from 15 to 72.

Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for installation and monitoring for all MV & LV Systems, Power, Lighting, Aircraft Lighting, Grounding & Lightning Protection, All Low Current Systems (Fire Alarm, Telecom, Data, Access Control, CCTV, Video Intercom, Lighting Control, Public Address, Digital Metering, E-Link, Elevator Intercom, Building Management) for 30 High Rise Buildings in the Project.
Estimate, prepare and assign the resources such as manpower, materials, consumable equipments, tools, etc., required for all electrical and related works prior to execution.
Assign targets for accomplishments and ensure targets are met on daily basis for all electrical groups at site.
Ensure that all the works done are in accordance with the approved construction drawings, contract documents, project specifications and all applicable standards whether local, national or international standards.
Ensures that all site works are done according to all applicable quality standards.
Plans and execute all electrical related works and coordinate the work to mechanical & civil groups.
Taking complete quantification of all the electrical systems then calculating the remaining work.
Estimating project timescale & cost.
Preparing a report on Total Man Hours needed to complete each buildings of the total project by checking the site thoroughly.
Monitoring progress and productivity of work during the execution.
Monitoring & preparing a report for Productivity of Man power on monthly basis in a high rise building to check the capability of manpower.
Calculating the cost factor on the basis of work done on site, manpower & machinery used.
Identifying design changes where necessary.
Submit site daily reports, inspection requests, estimates and all applicable monitoring reports on regular basis or as required.
Prepare progress invoices based on contract agreements.
Coordinate with Consultant’s representatives for any site instructions and inspection of works.
Identify and report problems to the Zone/Construction Manager.
Attending meetings & giving presentations to managers and consultant.
Assist in final handover of documentation as necessary.
Directly responsible for the safety of all electrical group’s personnel of the project by ensuring that the project execution will be done according to all applicable health, safety and environmental standards.
Performs other related duties as may be required by the Project Manager. Extra Job Responsibilities:
Prepared a Standard Electrical BoQ for SBG-PBAD in Oracle System by developing CSI & NRM codes using the following International Standards; NRM2 (New Rules of Measurement) by RICS
(Royal Institute of Charted Surveyors) United Kingdom, CESMMA-3, CSI (The Construction Specifications Institute) Canada.
Prepared a MEP BoQ of King Faisal Specialist Hospital & Research Center Project Jeddah with MEP Department of Head office.
Prepared a MEP BoQ & Project Tender Document of Bahrain International Airport Renovation Project Bahrain with MEP & Commercial Department of Head office. Skills & Abilities:
