I have worked for over 15 years within the upstream and downstream projects, both at contractor and client organizations; predominantly in Pipeline (Gas & Oil), Offshore platforms and facilities, Gas plant and facilities. My experience spans in dept at effectively making necessary assessments, defining and implementing project strategies, evaluating and delivering against requirements and with a deep knowledge of quality assurance related specifications and standard.

Specialist coatings – Review list of specialist product, limitations, surface preparation, methods of application, film thickness, quality control requirements during and post application.

-Coating systems for ballast tanks, void spaces, cargo oil tanks, main deck, and external superstructure, outside shell above and below water. These include preparation or parameters for the chosen systems.
-Specific paint testing requirements including potential compatibility issues with pre-fabrication primers.
-Issues of repair methodology to main block welds.

Welding and Material Engineering
Develops welding techniques, procedures, and application of welding equipment to problems involving fabrication of metals, utilizing knowledge of production specifications, properties and characteristics of metals and metal alloys, and engineering principles.
Conducts research and development investigations to develop and test new fabrication processes and procedures and improve existing welding methodology.
Prepares welding technical reports.
Establishes welding procedures to guide production and welding personnel relating to specification restrictions, material processes, pre- and post-heating requirements which involve use of complex alloys, unusual fabrication methods, welding of critical joints, and complex post-heating requirements.

Monitor and follow up contract - structural steel procurement, fabrication and load-out of about 1,000 tons of subsea structures, including two 4-slots production manifolds with associated suction piles, well jumpers, tubing head frames, X-mass tree ROV panels and control system elements.

The Bonga North West project is located 10km from Bonga Main in water depths of about 1000 meters (3,281ft).
