Quality Manager in Power Plant Gas LITCHENDJILI Project (BOUYGUES - ES CONGO)

Task and Responsibilities: To ensure that the Project Quality Management System activities are implemented, to monitor the performance of the Contractor and Subcontractors in achieving the Project Quality Requirements, to Coordinating the Quality Control Activities, comply with HSE Requirements, to take part in the implementation of the Safety Culture process within the PW5 LITCHENDJILI Project as below:

To elaborate, apply and follow up the Quality Control Plan (QCP) in accordance with all activities concerning Cathodic Protection, Instrumentation, Electricity, Telecom and Civil work activities.

To take care of Quality management : Qualifications of Welders, Painters and Operating methods, Followed calibration instruments, monitoring subcontractor and quality of construction (prefabricated + installation), Followed by welding process and NDT (Electromagnetic penetrant and radiography), Management of sheets gaps or Trends.

To create Job Description Form, Work Order Form (W.O), Client Requirements Form, Construction and Maintenance Plan Procedure based on ISO 29001 and NF EN 13306 with all procedures in accordance of International Standardization Organize ISO 9001: 2008.

To check achievement of all activities regarding : NDT inspection, Electrical, Instrumentation, Cathodic protection: Visual, RFI and Certificates established.

To raise Weekly and Monthly KPI report based on all inspection regarding non conformities, anomalies, Near miss, Accident and Hazards.

To raise Monthly KPI report based on total hours regarding Equipment mounted, Monitoring, appraise fabrication and construction work.

To Raise Quality Organization Chart regarding information of communication, reporting established, relationships, summarize salary costs, draw conclusions, behavior organization and planning strategic.

To check all receiving Material from Client store to Construction plant (site) by submitting Request for Inspection Form (RFI) and final certificate approved by Client, Contractor and subcontractor.

To make internal visual inspection before to invite a Client after any activity done or completed.

To plan and raise an Inspection Form (RFI) for making Inspection together with a Client.

To raise a final Certificate after all inspection approved by Client regarding any activity in each location.

To contribute to all activities associated with the Operations Assurance process relevant to Commissioning & Start-Up through close liaison with the Operations organization.

To train all quality team (16 Inspectors) regarding each activity based on Cathodic Protection, Instrumentation, Electricity, Telecom and Civil work activities.

To record and repair all non conformity or anomalies and identify properly all equipment before inspection with a Client.

QA/QC Maintenance Engineer (ABB S.p.A. Process Automation Division)

Task and Responsibilities: To Plan and Coordinate all Preventive and Corrective Maintenance Operation in Gas Power Plant Generation of 300 MW as below:

To coordinate and Elaborate the schedules of global Maintenance plan and the process activities,

To plan and update the Maintenance schedules which are based on continuous improvement (Correctives and Preventive task) and follow the diverse calibration instruments (PSV, Mano

To inspect all process and maintenance equipments and how they have been used on site.

Keeping update Maintenance, prepare and Write-up different reports regarding KPI, plans, official documentation files, certificates and keep track.

To organize teamwork in using Corrective and Preventive Maintenance which are based to eliminate the causes of reel or potential failures in the goal to prevent all dysfunctional system,

To plan and organize the Preventive and Corrective Maintenance related on Inspection, location and all positions of Engines, Instruments and another tools which are critics or failed.

To inspect all location Engines and maintenance equipments and how they have been used on site.

To identify all unity system and attribute the tag number (KKS) on each production equipment by using the Codification on all arborescence instruments which are used on Heating, Cooling and Humidify process,

To apply internal and external AUDIT which are based on compliance of ISO 9001/SAS 70 reference based on Control efficacy, Procedures Services, treatments and Continuity of Maintenance Operation,

To manage, Keep and maintain the internal and external documentation by using archive classification with the clear codification system, such as monthly activities based on Corrective and Preventive maintenance.

Data Manager (BRASCO, Breweries of Congo-Brazzaville)

Task and Responsibilities: Manage and follow up the Maintenance Management Plan based on Maintenance activities in BRASCO (Breweries of Congo).

To prepare and Write-up different reports regarding Corrective and Preventive Maintenance activities.

To assist a first level of Corrective and Preventive Maintenance and resolve all dysfunctional equipment on site, elaborate and apply the Program of Key Performance Indicator (KPI).

To collaborate with purchasing or logistic services in the goal to optimize the supply of materials,

To participate on creation, updating procedures structure in conformity of ABB standards group,

To control and follow up the return activities of all Corrective and Preventive Maintenance.

To elaborate the AMDEC plan which is based on critical or failure matrices,

To organize and Conduct my team work on applying Corrective and Preventive Maintenance which are based to eliminate the causes of reel or potential failures in the goal to prevent all dysfunctional.

To control and manage the diagnostic defaults of Equipments and the inspections which are based on replacement age of Equipments,

To apply the internal AUDIT with a reference of SAS 70 which is based on the conformity of Procedures, Efficacy of controls, the treatment and continuity of Maintenance operations.

To control and Analyses all reports and the Data Daily follow-up ongoing Maintenance services which are based on Time and Default,

To manage and use the indicators board which are based on reporting exposition of Maintenance news and realizes by the Maintenance services.

To organize end Make up Risk analysis (job safety analysis) for all specific jobs.

QA/QC Engineer (FERROMANGANESE SOCIETY, Gabon Republic)

Task and Responsibilities: To Coordinating the Quality Control Activities regarding Survey, measurement control, analyzes and process increase; as billow:

To Coordination of Package QA/QC activities to ensure that Contractor Quality activities are planned and carried out in accordance with Project requirements and Criticality Assessment/Surveillance Plan.

To assist in anticipating and planning of Package QC resources in order to meet Package Quality

Needs,

To provide assistance to the Project Quality Manager in implementing the Package Audit Programme to cover Surveillance audit activities during all Package phases.

To review and approve the Quality Documentation issued by the Contractors and Suppliers

To arrange and manage Package QC Activities at Contractor's supplier sites, overseeing Execution Contractor's QA and QC activity and performing direct interventions where received. Ensuring that Package QC Coverage is sufficient and that the Inspectors are of the required discipline, experience and capability.

To review Inspectors deliverables, analyzing and resolving issues and problems emerging during the quality control activity.

To review, comment and approve Contractor's QA/QC Documentation/Dossiers for correctness and conformity prior to a structured handover to commissioning team.
