A. Job Summary

The Customer Service Agent - Export is responsible in the handling of customer requirements on Air export transactions. Maintenance of accounts thru excellent servicing. Development of good business relationship with internal customers, external customers/ suppliers, agents and airlines.

B. Responsibilities

Receive bookings from customers - Prepare PDF for TR and AO reference. Check all bookings received vs. PDF prepared & booking advise sent to customers

Book with airline and secure confirmation. Check block bookings or pre-assigned MAWBs submitted to airlines (as applicable). Secure alternative booking, if required.

Secure ad-hoc rates from airlines for shipments that falls on +500kgs. Provide ad hoc rate confirmation to CSS Export.

Pick up Monitoring up to Transfer & Loading of Cargoes - Monitor status of pick-up up until loading of cargo to airlines. Make the necessary coordination with TR & AO for cargo uplift.

Check and ensure that all bookings are covered with shipments status to customers. Cancelled PDF are deleted on the system,.

Monitoring. Update customer on shipment status - Inform Customers, Sales, CSS Export, CSM of shipment status or irregularities & course of action

Review all PDFs prepared vs EDTLS to check that all transactions are covered. Cancelled PDFs must be deleted from the system.

On time preparation & submission of CSR, instructions for billings, amendment requests, liquidations and service proposals - Accurate and timely preparation of the ff:

Manage & monitor handling of special customer requirements - Arrange fumigation, crating, palletizing and/or shrink wrapping and other special customer requirements
