Managed and set daily production schedules for a group of highly skilled machinists running multiple CNC Vertical and Horizontal Mills, CNC Lathes with Robot, CNC Swiss Screw Machines, and Hobbing Machines.

Managed and set daily production schedules for the multi-color Anodizing Department.

Managed inventory levels with over 500 SKU’s of proprietary machined parts.

Managed and set daily assembly goals for multiple models of complex, precision machined fishing reels.
