Amine Absorber is equipped with IMTP to absorb CO2.

COMPRESSION SECTION:

Air Compressor:

Synthesis Gas Compressor:

Discharge pressure 186 kg/ cm2, Capacity 271000 Nmc/hr, Recycle stage capacity is 920000 Nmc/hr & pressure is 196 kg/cm2 & driven by KS Turbine (Turbine rated power 32MW) with World modern Dry Gas Seal System

Ammonia Compressor:

Two stages, Turbine (Turbine power 4930 KW) driven Compressor having horizontally split casing Compressor with World modern Dry Gas Seal System

Ammonia Gas Booster Compressor (Screw) :

PD Screw Ammonia gas booster compressor double stage with discharge pressure of 16 kg/cm2 & Motor driven (1.6 MW)

AMMONIA SYNTHESIS SECTION:

Ammonia synthesis by radial flow, Haldor Topsoe Converter type S- 300 Fe Based Catalyst *(3 Beds & 2 Inter Exchangers)

Start up Furnace Natural Draft, Low & High Pressure Chillers for liquefaction of reacted Ammonia,

Absorption & Distillation column for Ammonia Recovery from Purge.

Membranes cartridges for Hydrogen recovery from purge gas

HSE AWARENESS & PROFESSIONAL TRAINING:

DuPont PSRM and PSM training on Safety Management Systems. (Safety Captain)
