Work with regional managers and clinical sales representatives to recover devices on practice shelf for more than a 60 day grace period due to Sun Shine Act. Managed practices replenishment levels by adding or reducing equipment they were allowed to have on shelf, created pivot tables and summary charts to do so. Invoiced patient’s for missing devices and or missing company’s equipment. Contact new patients to verify their address to ship devices to their residents and at the end of their studies contact patients to remind them and assist in returning their monitors also schedule UPS pick up(s) for elderly patients.
