Also for the last 2 years I have ran my own private chef in home catering service which includes marketing, advertisement, menu design, inventory & cost control, customer consulting, event coordination, supervising event execution, including preprep, menu execution, plating and service. I have organized and catered large and small events such as the 2010 macy gray concert(3000ppl) and the annual corporate dinner for the boy scouts of America Houston district(150) so no job is to big or small. My forte is high food, high end plating multi course meals. (6-10 avg.)
