Work directly and indirectly (ie e-mail, telephone, etc.) with sales persons to ensure all orders are sent out or received within the right time and ensure that all items are shipped correctly (ie UPS next day or Fed Ex ground, etc …) Fill out correct forms to ensure accuracy of returns, shipping, and sales orders using Microsoft Access, Excel, Word, etc.

Also dock trailers in corresponding docks to be loaded properly for timely delivery to customers. Load new roll of shrink wrap on palletizer and remove the empty roll. Fix palletizer when wrap breaks or machine has an error. Place skids that have been built on a palletizer to be wrapped. Load the skids of product using a forklift onto the trucks while ensuring that all skids are in the correct bays of the truck or in the correct position in the trailer.
