Aspects of work for SEIC include leading neighborhood block planning efforts in the South End to encourage a whole-block approach to redevelopment; researching and mapping neighborhood properties; engaging South End stakeholders in discussions to develop disposition plans; taking any consensus from these outreach efforts to shape disposition plans; and present the disposition plans to the Albany County Land Bank.
