This paper basically shows why women are getting lower wage than male for the same past they are holding. Obviously there are some factors behind it..We have tried to find out that factors which make that significant changes in the salary structure.

(As a part of B.Sc. Part III)
This paper shows that economic growth acceleration of India generally started before 1991.Liberalisation was not active from 1991 rather it continues from 1970 and that period.
