Key Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with legal and statutory financial reporting requirements.
Policy reviews and updates in view of the changes in the market, operations of the company and staff.
Preparation of timely consolidated Quarterly financial returns/ reports.
Identify requirements for and develop reporting formats to aid in the management operations expenditure.
Prepare monthly actual-to-budget expenditure reports.
Helping in the proposal writing process by ensuring that the proposals are backed up by accurate and high
quality budgets.
Follow-up actions necessary to correct internal control weaknesses identified in the internal control audits.
