Energy is a key point in all development activities. Renewable sources of energy will meet the challenges imposed by the capacity of power of energy both in augmenting the capacity of power generation and ecological aspects. In developing countries like India 70% is met from fire wood, cattle dung agricultural wastes. Therefore, this report deals with the study of power plant based on agricultural waste and other biomass as fuel. The food, power and transportation are the most important factors which national standard of life depend. Energy stride has been made to increase the power potential of the nation. Once the requirement of food is fulfilled the production of food also increases with an increase in power potential. Therefore the increase in power potential therefore increase in potential of nation is considered most important among all. Once the power potential increase the per capita energy consumption will also increases which leads to development of the nation. The per capita energy consumption of India is about 631KWH per annum.

Description:

Manufacturing errors are typically a result of missed process steps, miss-set work pieces, faulty machine operation, adjustment errors setup errors, or bad tool or fixture preparation. Eliminating product defects through error-proofing will yield better quality, lower costs, better predictability, less rework and redundant inspections, improved scrap rates and reduced variability because the part will be manufactured right the first time. Because it aims to reduce defects, error-proofing is a key component of lean manufacturing. Error-proofing impacts every area of lean manufacturing, including inventory, processing, correction, over production, motion, material movement and waiting. In short, error-proofing and lean manufacturing both aim to eliminate any activity outside the normal value stream.
