The Salvation Army is a social services organization that has been a national staple for over 125 years and aids upwards of $30 million annually. The Indiana Division provides a diversity of programs and opportunities in most of Indiana’s 92 counties.

•Responsible for managing the entity’s Indiana human resource functions, including benefits, compensation and new associate orientation.

•Tasked with supervising the daily operations of the payroll department and its employees, which includes oversight of the bi-weekly payroll for Indiana.

•Review and approve the regulatory filings of all monthly, quarterly and annual report statements. Manage records retention schedule of all payroll and benefits records for employees, and ensure compliance with all Federal and State employment regulations.

•Designated as Indiana Division’s coordinator for the organization’s USA Central Territory Headquarters internal audits.

•Receive and resolve human resources questions and problems.
