As a Production Supervisor I was responsible for all batchers and sorting crew. As a Production supervisor my responsibilities were to making sure all ingredients were accounted for and being added to the batches in the correct order as per the specification on the MSP (Material Specifications of Product). Making sure all tanks were cleaned in the proper way before and after every shift. Sorting consisted of 25 plus people to sort broken or destroyed fruit because this was packaged in a clear bag and sold to restaurants. I worked on, repaired, and assembled Weldon pumps and Waukesha pumps to clean and maintain proper sanitation and productivity for the shift. Also made sure lines were running correctly and efficiently in the proper and safe manner. Checked base material (dice, chopped, and crushed tomato) to make sure it was in the right Brix, Bostwick, color, salt and ph levels. I have conducted safety meetings with employees and production leads to ensure that they were up to date with any new regulation or procedures new to the company. In the off season I drove forklift and transported bins and drums to the right and proper designations for remand production. Took inventory to makes sure everything was documented and checked off for each product we ran to keep up with GMP (Good Manufacturing Procedures).

I also made sure the facility was clean and organized at all times. At this facility I drove Forklifts that had attachments with forks, squeeze attachments, basket attachments (consistent with scales). I helped weight all cotton bales that were received on inbound and outbound trucks. I was in charge of a crew of 3 to 4 people who used a Dinky Cotton Press that produced 500lbs bales.
