Hold full project responsibility managing three projects both national and international. Working with Finance, Manufacturing and Sales/Marketing teams to supersede customer expectations.

Salesforce – Sales/Marketing Project – National – Implementing Salesforce in AGCO do Brasil for phase 1. Challenged with a limited budget and time so managing the scope is of the utmost importance. Workshop held with Vendor, AGCO Business team and Analysts to close the scope. Worked closely with Business to mitigate the language barrier and will deliver this project ahead of schedule.

FIFO Argentina – Finance Project – International – Managing the development, test and analyst teams here in Brazil while meticulously managing the Business team in Argentina. Working with a short deadline, complicated system limitations, low budget and communication risks. Schedule regular meetings and keep in constant touch with all project resources, including the Business team, to ensure alignment throughout every phase of the project. This project will be delivered within schedule and budget.

We are challenged with multiple impacted areas, infrastructure changes (both physical locations and hardware demands), and a limited budget. This program involved Business requirements for process improvement, automation as well as governmental compliance projects.

Sustaining Program – This program involved all other applications/interlocks other than Synchro and I managed all Business requirements to be delivered under this program. Synchro Upgrade – Managing vendor development to upgrade the Synchro application three versions so that it would be up to compliance standards with the Brazilian government. There were other Compliance programs/projects that were directly dependent on this one.
