Recently concluded one-year contract (05/14-05/15) as Interim Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary of Jagercor Energy Corp, a publicly traded Canadian exploration company (CSE:JEM). Ensured integrity of the governance framework through compliance with federal, provincial, statutory and regulatory requirements. Acted as adviser to Board of Directors. Oversaw 3-tranche $CAD7.5MM private placement and multiple issuance and exercise of options and warrants. Chief Administrative Officer
Created physical and technical structure and budget to support a 112 person start-up broker-dealer including vendor selection, systems installation, integration and management, business planning, revenue and spend analysis, trade, settlement and expense process and procedure, public and media relations, firm branding and marketing, and human resources. • Led build out of $500,000 10,000 sq ft office space: design, construction, punch list and final relocation.
• Controlled vendor selection and activities of telecom, technology, multimedia and market data.
• Directed design and build of IT infrastructure, off-site Disaster Recovery systems and DR policies ($250,000 budget).
• Implemented state-of-the-art sales and trading technology: Bloomberg’s Trade Order Management System (TOMS), CodeStreet’s order/inquiry platform and CRM+, an MIS to analyze business and track revenue ($100,000 budget).

Administrative Manager
Responsible for day-to-day administration and operations of a $1.3B multi-strategy credit hedge fund: IT infrastructure, vendor management, facilities, firm banking, compliance, recruiting, budget forecasting, strategic planning, and benefits. [Trading ceased Q3 2007. Presided independently over the unwinding of all aspects of the business through the end of 2008}.
Facilitated build out of 8200 sq ft office space: location, design, construction, final relocation and punch list.
Collaborated with CFO on development and implementation of $1m Sungard portfolio management system.
Directed design and build of IT infrastructure. Instituted redundant off-site Disaster Recovery systems and developed DR policies.
