Inward materials inspection for its dimensional aspects, Verification of Specification and Grade, Material Traceability, mill defects and damages during transition .

Inspection during fit-up stage, inspection before, during and after welding.

Identification of required materials as per Approved Erection and Fabrication drawings

Arrangements of Materials, Manpower & Machineries to Sites as per requirement.

Leading a team of Technicians and Foremans.

Assist with Site Engineer Site routed piping drawings and As Built drawings for Hydraulic Testing of the systems.

Co-ordination with Quality Control department and planning department.

Co-ordination with Site Engineer for defects in materials, routing deviations, erection constraints, approvals, etc

Identifying extra works, extra material / manpower supply and reporting to Manager.

Maintaining accounts in my site.

Preparation of Protocols for completed inspection activities.

Submit daily field reports of all mechanical work activities to Manager.
