Responsible for overseeing and coordinating Expressions of Interest “Bid No Bid”
Established proposal process for public and private sector client, work closely with the business development as well as the Senior Management in determining the best of opportunities and making a decision to Bid No Bid.
Review RFP/PQ/EOI invitations and meet the team and support in decision-making
Lead the Proposal from the start to finish
Organize the Team that will be working on the Proposal. Plan and execute proposal development assignments for the proposal team including writers and the publication staff

Participate and ensure that the quality audit program is implemented for the Project.
