Recruitment & Selection
Handling recruitments for all levels including Middle, and Lower level‘s employee.
Manpower planning in coordination with respective Departmental Heads.
Salary negotiations, fixation of designation, salary.
Sourcing profiles, initial screening, scheduling interviews, preparation of offer letters and
compensation break-ups.
Preparing and issuing of offer, Appointment Letters Confirmation Letters.
Conducting Joining formalities of the new recruits.
Negotiating for compensation, date of joining and notice period.
Details furnished maintain attendance records, leave records, handling all stationary etc.
Plan, coordinate and assist in the recruitment and selection process through employment executive search (Naukri.com, Times jobs, Shine).
Induction and Full & final Settlement
Preparing Letter of Intent, Letter of Offer,Appointment and confirmation, Bank Account Form.
Initiating e-mail id/Group ID requests, generating employee code, Laptop/Desktop requests, Temporary/Permanent Access card, Issuing SIM card, Welcoming, Initiating form filling.
Preparing documents for full and final settlement.
Acceptance of resignation, computations of full & final payment & related activities.
Scrutiny HR MIS, IT and Accounts Department for any dues before relieving an employee.
Arranging exit interview with Department Head and Management.
Transfer Sheet.
Payroll and Training
Using for updating month attendance record and for preparation of salary.
Design compensation structure and implementation as per statutory compliance.
Handling end to end function of payroll, statutory deduction PT, preparation of Reports, Bank remittance.
Generating salary slip.
Transfer, Joining, Advance, Appraisal, Increment, Leave Management,(CL and PL, ESI Leave,) Over Time, Night Shift Allowance Etc.
Handle ERP, 4C biometric attendance Software.
Prepration of monthly salaryof all employees with the deduction of P.F,ESICS,PT,Advance.
On the job induction for new recruits for quick integration into their functions

Coordinating with accounts department for timely payment.
Maintaining stock record and timely updating stock register.
Management and monitoring of company assets (laptops, mobile connections, data cards, etc.) and official identification (ID cards, access cards, official email ids, etc.)
