Cummins Engineer for attending CUMMINS ENGINES AND DIESEL GENERATERS from 15 KVA to 2000 KVA

Trouble shooting of Auto Mains Failure Panel board, Distribution panel board & Stamford alternators from 15KVA to 2000 KVA

Trouble shooting of Cummins Engines Control Panels like ECP, ECPG, EIP & PCC

Testing of Failed Electrical Components like Electronic fuel Controller, Actuator Electronic Control Panel & safeties & submitting the failure reports

Carrying out DG SET Health check up and inform the conditions of the DG SET to customer for preventing maintenance should be taken.

Take the response of AMC contract DG sets of various models

Preparation of material requirement schedule & procurement of the same as required at site

Preparation & submission of quotations & regular correspondence and co-ordinate with the client and get the approval for the submissions

Engine dismantling& assemble work and Engine overhauling mechanical & electrical

Commissioning of DG sets & synchronizing & calibration of Cummins Controller. (ECPG, PCC 1301,2100,3200,3201 & POWER COM)
