Download documents from Lexis/Nexis Courtlink & Pacer on new habeas cases; dockets, petitions and orders to show cause as well as any other pertinent information listed on the docket.
Type discovery; interrogatories, production of documents and admissions.
Open cases by preparing appropriate forms and printing documents needed to insert in case file.
Transcribe video in preparation for filing motions, briefs etc.
Scan, copy, fax, email, mail and prepare mail for appropriate mailing with postage and certified issue.
Research data on internet to complete projects.
Create charts/tables for projects as needed.
Prepare Microsoft Outlook reminders on dates that litigation letters are due to be sent and returned to/from BOP counsel.
