Product line is outdoor decorative and consists of laser cutting, printing, powder coating and packaging.

General Manager (2003 – 2009)

Complete responsibility for two facilities specializing in the manufacture and packaging of polyethylene can liners, zipper seal and slide food bags. Technologies include blown film extrusion, cast film extrusion, reprocessing and high speed converting and packaging. Total capacity of 100,000,000 pounds of finished goods and 35,000,000 pounds of recycle annually.

Overall supervision of operations, quality assurance, human resources, finance, engineering and R&D for a 675 employee workforce in a union environment.

Negotiated resin purchasing savings resulting in a year over year return of $6,200,000.

Instituted resin qualification strategies that resulted in second source materials and spot buy opportunity.

Developed and implemented seven consecutive $2,000,000+ annual cost savings programs.

Led the development and start-up of the zipper seal and slider bag product lines.
