Projects & Volunteering
Tribological Properties of Cryo-Treated Polymer Composites: Presented on properties of cryo-treated polymers to understand behavior of composites at different temperatures in order to understand enhancement in respective properties to widen its usage.
Design of a Roller Coaster Vehicle: Led AutoCAD design team to create life size roller coaster vehicle with all necessary design requirements. Vehicle design was then simulated on Solidworks until optimal results were obtained.
Solar Tracking System: Used AutoCAD to design a structure with solar panels to move according to movement of sun throughout the day. Also fabricated its design through machines such as drilling, gas welding, and milling and supervised use of CNC.
Worked with a professor to under GD&T for defining and communicating product function, design relation and tolerances using 3D mathematical system for describing part and assemblies.
Training on Diesel Engines used in Eicher Motors Inc. for the purpose of better understanding the working and troubleshooting of engines in order to work on SAE vehicle.
Served as head-volunteer at “SAE-BAJA-India”, to design Roll over Chassis to Redesign Oil and fuel system components to package the new oil pan and in machine chassis.
Volunteer visit to MAHLE Industries, India. In order to better understand different types of powertrains and manufacturing of crankshafts.
