Performed financial analyses and review of company’s development process, which resulted in a change in the way the company viewed the economics of resort development.

Managed and sold a significant number of tourist commercial development lots in several mixed use developments (in one case, based on refinancing, change in GC and strategy/50% pricing increases turned project from loss to $10 million+ profit).

Performed budgeting and due diligence in multifamily project in Gainesville, Fl. (completed successful joint venture)

Managed related property owners’ associations collecting 100% of all member dues and meeting all budgets
