Main Duty and Responsible:
Assist the head of Receivable Unit to supervise and coordinate the work of receivable task to ensure the proper functioning of the department.
Assist the HIM Committee to assess the completeness and completion of Patient Medical Records (PMR) in order to comply with IJN standard and legal requirement.
Assist to organize the medical records so that retrieve and verify records can be done in minimum time as well as ensuring internal quality assurance.
Assist head of unit to provide and submit the Receivable report to Head of Department on monthly and yearly basis.
Assist head of unit to prove to organize and coordinate training in the Trackcare system for the HIMS staff and other department which relates to HIMS activities.
Planning and administer the Receivable Unit in providing the patients record for clinic appointment.
Minor Duty and responsibility:
Conduct daily work basis in retrieving and receiving patient medical records (PMR).
Generate list of clinical appointment e.g. Admission, Walk-in, NCL and Radiology of patient to retrieve.
Verify completeness of all return PMR both in physical and system.
Liaise with others department e.g. Research, secretary for non-clinical appointment.
Fully involve in ad hoc task in Operation Team e.g. find missing PMR or incomplete PMR.
Processing the Medical Report and Insurance Claim.
Implementing 5S in HIMS department to comply with MSQH and JCI standard.
Participate in project management for department level as a Project Coordinator for Floating Notes, Culling Semi-Active, and Disposal.
Preserved original PMR and prepared copy of legal case as required by court.
Lead team for Stock Take Project to provide updated master listing of PMR.
Coordinate Culling and Disposal Project collaboration with UiTM internship.
