Established new molding plant for M/S Lohia Corp. Ltd. with product accuracy of 0.05 mm from
engineering
plastic such as (PA66+30% GF Grillamide, Rilsan, Hytrel Etc. ) Visited Taiwan for molding,
machine wherein
purchased a total of 25 machines from VICTOR, TAIWAN and also developed 250 moulds from
M/S YOUR SHOW CO. LTD.,Taichung Taiwan and DELLEY LTD. CHINA.
Project Highlights:
Project of Moulding shop right from machine Selection to ordering that started
in Apl-08. Production started from Aug 20, 2008.
Developed 250 moulds from Taiwan and China.
Plant utilization achieved upto 92%.
Plan vs. Delivery of moulded components achieved 98 %.
