Set up standardized electronic file structure for future appraisal projects.

Set up appraisal report templates including county and city environs, county employment figures, market reports, subject property information, zoning, and data sheets for sales comparables.

Progressed from merely proof-reading, formatting, printing and binding appraisal reports to being able to create almost the entire report template from scratch using several different information sources such as RealQuest, Loopnet, and MLS reports.

Updated county and city environs information using resources such as Trulia, LoopNet, and Wikipedia and Co-Star reports.

Researched zoning for properties using County/City GIS systems. Obtained development standards and allowable use documentation.

Created exhibits such as local, regional and market data maps using Streets and Trips and ground/aerial images using Google Earth.

Entered basic competitive sales property information needed for the Data Sheets and adjustment grid.
