Recruited to lead HR, payroll, and IT department for this global lean manufacturing leader employing 280 employees and producing $75+ million of industrial/contract hardware, annually. Supervised three professionals and a support staff of seven supporting plant manufacturing operations and warehouse distribution facilities in Montgomery, Alabama and Phoenix, Arizona.

Formulated and developed a strategic human resources plan consistent with company goals and objectives to

improve customer service by collaborating with leadership team on all human resources activities including payroll and information technology. Responsible for all plant-wide administration and policies.

Teamed with production managers to drive process improvement initiatives to improve performance and quality issues. Reduce headcount from 560 in 2001 to 280 in 2013 at a cost savings of 13.5 million.
