Proven technical Expertise in a career spanning of around 7 Years of Experience in the field of Cement Industry as Engineer in Project and Design. I have very good knowledge in Project Execution and design using A-cad & Autodesk product design suit.

CURRENT PROFILE:

Currently I am working as an Asst. Engineer in M/s. Dalmia cement Bharat Ltd. Tiruchirapalli, and doing the Design & engineering for project related activities and plant development and activities and I am leading an engineering design dept alone.

Technical feasibility study of plant modifications & development activities

Coordinating with equipment supplier and consultants

Checking and vetting of drawings prepared by consultants and supplier

Reverse engineering for costly imported spare parts

Preparation of conceptual drawings & preliminary estimates for discussion and finalization of proposals

Preparation of Equipment flow sheets

Detailed general arrangement drawing for further processing like design preparation /procurement

In house preparation of detailed execution drawings

Follow-up & arrange supply of drawings from suppliers / consultants

High costly or imported items received from indigenous parties at store checking the dimensions with drawing for material approval

Execution & Erection of New project activity
