Project Trans-Aid: Developed and implemented a transitional housing project for low-to-moderate income individuals and families. Identified real properties for lease or rent for client occupancy. Negotiated lease terms with landlords. Provided counseling, advocacy, linkage, case management, referrals, information dissemination, and direct financial assistance for enrolled customers. Performed pre- and post occupancy property inventory. Supervised project staff of three to include payroll administration, performance evaluation, and development implementation and monitoring of operational procedures.
