I am a successful team player by being able to transfer through various departments and projects. Originally hired into Leasing for the Executive Vice President, my flexibility and Real Estate Law knowledge was utilized for major projects in the Legal, Acquisitions and Administration including property sales, leasing and office reorganization.
Responsibilities: Liaison between Commercial Leasing Agents and Legal Department to draft leases and amendments. Reviewed lease applications and lease assignment packages for the retail portfolios with the purpose of analyzing risk and delivered reports in concise format for Senior Staff review. Developed oversight database to manage Change Orders, payments, NTO’s and Lien Waivers for construction project. Updated and reported comprehensive briefs of commercial sites and tenants including allowable uses, exclusive clauses, and restrictive covenants. Expedited sales of commercial property through analysis and organization of Title commitments and loan documents.

Newly formed Commercial Property Owners Association for the Lincoln Road area of Miami Beach with the intent to become a Business Improvement District.
Administrative Assistant/Intern November 2013 – May 2014 Set up administrative worksheets and communications for association. Developed minutes for City Liaison Meetings with Executive Board Members. Researched and created database of all current property owners on Lincoln Road. Solved tenant issues by communicating with Miami Beach City Departments.
The Honorable Michelle Barakat, Eleventh Judicial Circuit – Civil/Criminal Division Miami, FL
County Court where Judge Barakat presided over misdemeanor criminal violations, and civil injunctions dealing with domestic violations.
