Job Profile

Statutory Compliances:

Maintaining the PF and ESIC statutory compliances & Health & Safety etc.

Taking care of PF and ESIC monthly online Challan.

Handling the Labour Law Compliances (Bonus Act 1965, Gratuity Act 1972, Minimum wages act 1948,

Contract Labour act 1970, Provident fund act, 1952, Esic Act 1948 etc.)

Responsible for all the Labour welfare procedures & suggest management

Time office management, payroll & administration:-

Maintain the employee attendance manually as well as bio-matric.

Daily checking of in and out timings of employees and daily updating of Attendance and leave records.

Maintaining the leave status of employees, in software and leave register.

Handling complete Payroll Process more than 200 employees, accounting of payroll and handling payroll related issues and resolving the same.

Maintaining Personal file of Employees.

RECRUITMENT:-

Arranging CVs through Job Portal (Naukri.Com/ Timesjob) .

Conducting Interviews.

Document verification.

Employees relieving:-

Handling Handover - Takeover Note, No-Due Certificate & Exit Interview.

Issue of Relieving letter and Experience Certificate.

Preparing the full and final settlements for the resigned

Other HR activities:-

Taking care employees advances and their remuneration activities.

Responsible for all the employee welfare procedures & suggest management.

Taking care of various types of letters like: - Transfer, warning, promotion, increment, confirmation etc.

Gratuity, Bonus and over time calculation.

Worked with King Management Solution (payroll and manpower outsource company). as HR Executive from 01.04.2014 - 30.09.2014 .

Coordinate the interview with the respective department if selected, complete the documentation.

Maintaining records of more than 150 employees.

Taking care employees advances and their remuneration activities.

Daily Manpower presence, absence, leave, W/offs, left employees.

Preparation of salary ( Excel sheet )

Preparation of F & F Sheet.

Preparation of annual bonus.

Update Muster roll.

Making and deposit of PF & ESIC challan.

Maintain PF eligibility register of employees who are cover under EPF.

Fill PF withdraw form -19 &10C.

Worked with Maxfin Infra India Ltd. As a HR Executive from 06.04.2012 - 31.10.2013.
