SELECTED ACHIEVEMENTS:

Policy / Procedure Development

Created documentation to assist operations in understanding systems and batch jobs, resulting in new and current staff running jobs out of sequence, which would cause system downtime for customers.

Supported the task of monitoring, responding and documenting critical IBM CPR messages on the iSeries E8A- 8204, which had a direct effect on the agent’s system response time.

Team Leadership

Coordinated the pilot project of the HPSM Service Manager project for Northland IT. This Software logged issues and monitored changes and installs within the Travelers organization resulting in better customer service timelines.

Executes Business Strategy by providing work effort to business goals and strategies; creating and maintaining metrics on a daily basis to meet established goals and SLA requirements between departments and/or companies.
