DUTIES and RESPONSIBILIIES
Responsible for minimizing identified hazards to maintain safe work environment for the workforce
Report all incident/injuries in time and initiate investigation to avoid recurrence.
Ensure all workforces are healthy and fit for the work and following safe work practice.
Assist, guide sick / injured personnel to seek medical help.
Ensure the workers / operators are competent for task, If not report to management.
Ensure the periodical 3rd party testing and certification of lifting equipment and gears. If not report to the concern authority.
Ensure colure coding of the certified lifting equipment and gear.
Ensure the implement all permit to work (PTW) procedures
Ensure good housekeeping is maintained at all workshops.
Participate in monthly HSE meetings and conduct daily toolbox talk to the workforce.
Carryout checking on the condition of lifting equipment and gears.
Conduct other duties as instructed by engineers.
