Job Description :

-Review & comment to Vendor/Sub-Contractor/Fabricator Procedure: ITP, WPS/PQR, Welding Map, NDE Map, NDE Procedure, Fabrication Procedure, Welder Certificate, and NDE Operator Certificate.

-Monitoring Inspection piping & Auxiliary Boiler Piping fabrication & verification the documents.

-Monitoring Contractor QA/QC activities at Contractor’s yard and giving guidance to the Contractors QA/QC Teams.

-Coordinate with client, Inspection agency and authorized party due to several inspection points.

-Material Inspection & Verification:

-Verify that incoming material is checked against material requisition specification, applicable code and applicable specification.

-Verify that all received material are complete with mill certificate and verified for chemical composition, mechanical properties and test certificate as required by specification.

-Verifying that Execution Contractors Quality Personnel are in possession of valid qualifications related to the function performed

-Monitoring several Inspection activities such as:

-Visual & Dimension Inspection for Material (Plate, pipe, elbow, fitting, flange, cap, reducer, bolt, tube, forging, cladding plate) and weld production.

-Non Destructive Examination (RT, PT, MT, UT)

-Witness inspection activities during production as stated in Inspection and Test Plan (ITP)

-Witness Post Weld Heat Treatment (PWHT) if any

-witnessed PMI Test

-Coordinate with client, Inspection agency and authorized party due to several inspection points.

-Monitor line check and Flushing test.

-Witness Hydrostatic & performance test.
