Scope : Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication/Construction, and Pre-
Commissioning, Commissioning.
Responsibilities:
To provide planning supports to Production Department with respect to Project Team / Project Planner baseline/planning package
To prepare Level 5 Production Schedule in Primavera and update on weekly basis
To provide 8 Week Lookahead Production L5 schedule on weekly basis
To provide Production detailed manpower forecast on weekly basis
To lead Work Pack team on prioritizing work package based on planned sequence/priority
Interfaces with Material team and Project/Engineering in order to setup fabrication schedule
Coordinate with production team and set up meeting in weekly basis with them in order to define the target completion dates and to solve any issue holding fabrication activity.

Prepare and review yard construction planning schedule together with Sr. Scheduler.
Prepare and review man power histogram for yard construction planning.
Prepare target progress percentage table and S-Curve.
Prepare weekly and monthly progress report format based on weekly construction progress report.
Prepare progress percentage for backup invoicing every cut-off date end of the month according to Client Contractual Document.
Report and highlight to Project Manager for any potential delay in the schedule and prepare the action plan.
Prepare report project activities together with Project Manager in accordance with quality objective.
Highlight any potential change order or field instruction for any discipline. To make sure the change order can be submitted and invoiced to Client.
Main duties:
Monitor and review the updated construction deliverable list, which is to be incorporated with detail engineering, Procurement, and Construction Engineering.
Monitor manpower and man-hours planning versus actual manpower and man-hours.
Monitor progress report from the subcontractor.
Monitor change order status.
Monitor actual progress activities against planning schedule.
Analyze project under responsibility for critical, delay, and propose corrective action and mitigation plan.
Campaign and respect to the HSE aspect during prepare planning and schedule.
Coordinate with cost control for the project cash flow and any potential cost overrun.

Responsibilities:
Assist the Project manager for the monitoring and controlling the Contract execution in the areas of project schedule and budget.
Monitor the progress control and planning activities highlighting to the Project Manager for potential area of risks of delay and overrun before being encountered.
Monitor the project cost in order to perform proper cost control and budget follow up.
Develop the schedule for the project with CPM to identify the resources and time required to complete the project; perform sensitivity analysis on the CPM schedule.
Define proper measure intended to mitigate the potential slippage on planning and cost and provide corrective active to be taken; and keep management informed of the progress of the work.
Check progress measurement prepared by project report.
Make sure that project management documents and reporting are following schedule.
Make sure that milestones or progress on the baseline project schedule and updated project schedule are as per Contract.
Highlight monthly for documents shown on MDR that have been delayed or start to delay.
Prepare the weekly and monthly progress reports and make sure the official issuance before the weekly meeting.
Review man hour report issued by yard & site and highlights the overrun.
To fulfill HSE regulations.
Main duties:
Check work statement every month for project invoicing.
Make sure that the plan dates and forecast dates of all documents are in line for the same cut-off date.
Prepare data required for Risk management analysis for contingency plan & recovery plan.
Check data prepared by project reporting for cash flow estimate.
