-4 (entry-level engineer) passers for advanced level 3 for Applied Information Technology Engineers (AP) Certification including a passer ranking 2nd all over Asia.
-Formulated a training to simulate Project Leadership during the training.
-Cleared ISO 9001 & 27001 audit clearance year after year
-Successfully introduced Agile/Scrum Process Training to trainees
Summary:
The AWS (Advanced World Systems) in-house training provides an intensive training program to entry-level engineers. The program screens and prepares qualified applicants with a goal to provide 100% passing rate of the Philippine National I.T. Standards (PhilNITS) Foundation and at least N4 level in the Japanese Language Proficiency Test. The 4 month long training covers 170 hours of Japanese Language classes, 150 hours of General I.T. review, 32 hours business skills, 344 hours of technology training. The technology training includes actual design and implementation of a project.
